We got our tickets along with Tulum entry… so glad we did! It wasn’t crowded and it didn’t feel touristy. Fantastic bilingual guide Pablo - and the Mayan ceremony explaining the connection with the underworld helped us appreciate the cenotes as more than just a swimming hole; they are treasures to be admired and cared for.

I got my admission tickets while visiting Temple Ruins. I thought I had gotten scam. Luckily my tickets and bracelet work to get access. There was 3 cenotes. My guide was Haylor and he was very helpful. They hold deposit for locker, jacket, and goggle usage and you get your money back when keys and gears are return which is cool.

have visited several Cenotes during my 4-weeks trip in Mexico. It’s a nice place, but not the most beautiful one. I liked the stone formation and the area, it was realty nicely done. But it was so many people in there!!! Overcrowding! The price of 40$ is too much for this!!!! I was wondering why I can not buy a tickets without a tour. It was 3 Cenotes which were opened and not 4 as they told me in the entry area. The maya ceremony and the zipline is just done with a purpose to hold the people. if everyone will come to the same time to the same area, then I would be any space available at all. I didn’t like the maya ceremony, it not about a cacred place, it about preventing a tourist to go to the same time, to the same place. The Cenotes are not big and not deep, but it’s not even, so you can hurt yourself easily. Basically, it’s almost impossibly to swim. It has an electric lights, which was very nice. As they were closing, they have switched the lights off and I was on the other side of the cenote and has to find my way out on the complied darkness. It was very dangerous. They want to charge 600 Pessos or 40 USD. If u are paying with a card, they want to charge additionally 5% card fees on top, which I have NEVER heard of. The regular card fees are 2%, so they even want to earn the money in that. In total, it’s a nice place to see the stones and water, but it’s too expensive, that’s why I will not come back. I also didn’t like, that they were telling me about 4 Cenotes and it was just 3 opened. I don’t believe that the lady on the information didn’t know that.

This place is amazing! What a great experience. You start with a blessing from a Mayan Shaman. Then we repelled into a small cenote. We were able to swim in two more underground cenotes. We had a great Mexican buffet lunch and then napped in their hammocks. Perfect day! They have free parking, showers, bathrooms, lockers, and Snorkel gear. The lockers and gear you pay a deposit but get it back. Our guide was Isa and she was wonderful. This was the best day of our entire trip.

A hidden gem! We had a wonderful guide that took us through 3 beautiful cenotes. Not a touristy area which was quite refreshing. The locals are so well mannered and considerate. We really enjoyed this experience. I only gave it 4 stars because we found bathrooms and life jackets on the lower side of sanitary.

It was very busy today, even though we paid full price (including lockers) they told us they don’t have any lockers available and we had to carry our staff with us wich wasn’t very comfortable. The staff barely speaks English. Cenotes beautiful but quite small. I think there are better ones, this was our first cenote vist. We saw a coati which was very cute.

From the beginning to the end this Cenote was magical! I saw the precious blue bird Tu and a silver fox in the wild as we entered. Gracias a mi guia Jorge de Merida!
